I'm Thiago. I live in Europe and I go to the matches we grew up watching from afar.
I watched European football the same way you did: on TV, late at night, volume low so nobody woke up.
I knew the stadium names, the colour of the seats, the anthem the crowd sang before kick-off. I'd never set foot in any of them. It was all a screen.
One day I moved countries. I went to live in Europe, a few hours by train from stadiums that only existed for me as a broadcast. I kept watching the matches at home for a while. Changing couches is easy.
Until the question became impossible to ignore.
The road
to 2030
The 2030 World Cup will be played in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. I already live here. This is the plan until then — and whoever joins the Club now follows it from the very first step.
