These Terms explain the rules for using the otalthiago.com site and the Club. By using the site or subscribing to the Club, you agree to what's here. The goal is to be straightforward, without legalese.
Last updated: August 7, 2026I'm Thiago, creator of "O Tal Thiago". I'm Brazilian, I live in Europe and I make content about European football from inside the stadium. The site presents the project, the Diary of the coverages, guides, partner coupons and the Club.
The Club is a recurring subscription that gives access to exclusive content and the community. Delivery happens through Telegram channels, closed content on Instagram (Close Friends) and areas of the site itself, depending on the tier you choose.
All Club content is produced in Portuguese. The site pages exist in Portuguese, Spanish and English, but the material delivered to members is in Portuguese.
The subscription is recurring and renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly, quarterly or annual), on the same payment method, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime, with no fees and without having to talk to me. Cancelling stops future renewals.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the Club benefits end.
Some tiers include physical items brought back from the coverages (the "Mission Queue"). Delivery follows each member's join order — it's not a raffle — and depends on item availability. The order is public and explained on the Club page.

These Terms follow Brazilian law. Any matters not resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile.
