This Policy explains what data I collect, why, and what your rights are. It applies to the otalthiago.com site and the Club.
Last updated: August 7, 2026Newsletter and contact: your email and, when you provide it, your name. Club: name, email and your Instagram handle (to unlock Close Friends). In the Diretoria tier, I also collect your WhatsApp number and a postal address, for the direct contact and the postcard.
Email: send the Missions list and talk about your subscription. Name: identify you and personalise support. Instagram handle: add you to your tier's Close Friends. WhatsApp (Diretoria): direct contact. Address (Diretoria): send the postcard from the match city.
I use Vercel Analytics, which measures visits in an aggregated, cookie-free way. I also use the Meta Pixel, which only loads if you accept cookies in the site banner. If you decline, no Meta script is loaded.
Payments are processed by third parties (Cakto and Paddle). I don't receive or store your card details — they stay with the processor, in its own secure environment.
I share the minimum necessary with the services that keep the site running: the payment platform, the delivery platforms (Telegram and Instagram) and the email and measurement tools mentioned above. I don't sell your data.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, find out who it was shared with, and withdraw consent at any time. Just email contato@otalthiago.com and I'll handle it.
This Policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, for those in Europe, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
