Last updated: August 7, 2026Every subscription has a 7-day guarantee from the purchase. If you don't like it, within that window I refund the full amount — no need to justify.
Email contato@otalthiago.com from the address you used for the purchase. You don't need to explain the reason.
I confirm the request within a few days and the refund appears according to your payment method's and the processor's timeframe (usually a few business days).
After the 7 days, you can still cancel whenever you want. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the period already in progress — during it, you keep access until the end.
